So what will be the total cost to startup and will the minutes have to be purchased separately or will they be included in the setup cost?
Will one DID work for the whole facility? Like for one call center to receive calls and the calls being routed to the agents appropriately?
Also do you provide a toll-free number with the fax-in facility and if so, what will be the costs associated with that?
Do you provide back-end merchant processing or do we have to use our own? And if you can piggy back the merchant processing for this package for some days until we get a new merchant account on the new company’s name, what will be the terms & conditions / costs?
And if we have our own website / do you provide simple copy & paste codes with instructions to embed client-end interface in our website?

Our rate for call centers for US/CANADA is 1 cent per minute in large volume of purchase using wire transfer as the method of payment. The rest of the rates are available at http://worldkom.net/rates.html
Accounting will not allow unlimited residential plans for call centers. You can have as many users on the call center plan as you want. You can have unlimited auto attendant features. If you had an inward phone number that will support faxes, you can receive faxes which will be automatically converted to pdfs as well. All on-net calls are free. You can manage your account online and use any open voip device or softphone to connect to our service.
It takes 24-48 hours to setup your shell account. Web page development varies based on content and features required. SEO templates can be pre-populated with standard information normally within 5-10 business days. We can provide the necessary links to be utilized in your web page.
Wholesale versus reseller options
Wholesaler buys and consumes large volume of our services. A reseller is the same but is able to setup a website using our modules to be able to resell to other clients. There is no setup cost to be a wholesaler other than the minutes you purchase as you only get a retail /end-user login.

The cyber cafe module does not include pbx functionality. We provide back-end login and account management. If you prefer to use our merchant account, it will say GT Services on the receipt and we can handle that for you or you can use PayPal. Cost would depend on volume. Yes, you can get one US DID for the entire operation of 9 extensions or so. More would require nested mailboxes.
Toll free numbers with fax to pdf can be setup with any account.
Minutes are purchased separately as they are consumed by your clients. Setup cost is what it takes support/engineering/web designers to build and provision your site. There is training included as well. For large dollar figures, we prefer wire transfers than using our merchant account as merchant service/bank charges do add up to the overall cost. So to qualify for the good rates, we would need a wire transfer. For small orders (less than $500), we can accept credit cards or PayPal. Setup fees are an exception and you can use your credit card to buy it online.
